Your comments are most interesting - I received a quote back form the watch repairer that the watch required 'replacement automatic winding wheels' and overhaul - basically,the watch was keeping good time anyway,but you know how it is - when they get it in they like to tinker with it anyway ! - Acce
After a little research,I managed to find a watch repairer whom has experience of working on GP's - and I mean has experience - so all been well,she will be back to rude health soon.
