It's one of those well-made trailers that make you want to see the movie right away. As others pointed out,
ihowever, t may or may not deliver...

I'll be buying my ticket, that's for sure.

Hopefully they come up with a good script to match the special effects. Sometimes it's tough to tell a comicbook story of a superhero in a 2 hour movie. -MW

Definitely,

it really takes talented people to pull it off. Even though I read comic books as a kid they were never my primary source of entertainment. I guess that for most people of my age video games were the medium they bonded with strongest (for me they certainl...

Like you, I very much enjoy watching most Batman movies, particularly the first one from Nolan, the human nature of the hero gives him a quality that cannot be matched among other heros. However, unlike you, I very much enjoyed Nolan's movie Inception. To...

it looks pretty good, I just hope that they did not put all the good parts into the trailor and that the rest is lame. Happens sometimes. Best regards, George

+1. grigo, gid you collect comic books when you were younger? I never got into the Avengers but have a few issues in my collection somewhere. -MW

Dad's comics

 By: grigo : March 28th, 2011-13:15
Yes I did, but the stuff that comes to mind were all the comic books of my father that my grandmother stored in the attic and that i got to read when I visisted her. Back then there were a lot of comics that evolved around world war two. It was always a p...

Same as you Tien, I'm going to go see it even if the reviews are bad. I've always liked comic books in the past so it'll be interesting how they do this movie. Were you into the Avengers? I think they are planning on doing a Thor movie too. -MW

Looking forward to this vision of the Capt.

I remember paying 50 cents up to $1.75 for comicbooks. I wonder how much they are now? from Google images:...

Old comics, new movies?

'nuff said....

There were hints of this in Iron Man 2

 By: ED209 : March 28th, 2011-23:38
Subtle hints where Tony Starck used Captain America's shield to prop up his laser in his lab, and then the end of the movie showed a glimpse of Thor's hammer. Hopefully it will be a good movie. Regards, ED-209

I noticed it! [nt]

This looks cool too! Not so sure about the Conan The Barbarian remake.

That one's got....

Daniel Craig in the lead who's really done a good job with Bond so I'd expect him to do well in an action movie like that one. By the way, the music was written by my favorite composer of all time so I'm going to see it for that if nothing else . Cheers, ...

Thanks for this Ubik, cool concept for Iron Sky. I hear they are using the Red One camera to shoot this. I'm headed to NAB show in April so if I see anything, I'll report back. -MW

NAB looks great

I'd love a report from it in general. I attended it's very poor cousin in the UK, less glitz more trade, and there was some interesting stuff. Looks like there's shaping up to be an interesting face off between the Epic and the Alexa. While some friends o...

It's actually more action than comedy, the animation and styling is superb, plus plenty of homages for a film buff to enjoy.
