I have a small wrist. I believe that 38mm fits me well and a 40mm starts to look big. As strange as it may sound, when I tried on the GMT sport evo (42mm), it looked great. It is a BIG watch and it will get noticed but it doesn't look out of place. Hope it helps... Tien
