Any Tradition models on casual straps? Share pics!
I’ve been on a hunt lately for a white gold (or platinum) piece that has ability to be a strap monster. I love changing up the feel of a watch with straps.
Lately I’ve been eyeing the 7097 as a candidate. I’ve always loved the Tradition line. Not sure how well they dress down with strap change. I’ve searched the forum for pics, including the recent roll call thread, but haven’t seen many on anything other than dressy straps.
What do owners think about the ability of a Tradition to dress down with more casual straps?

Did you have any issues with the small set screw? I’ve read that it’s a nightmare.
So long as you have the correct size blade and feel comfortable doing such things it's not that bad
Granted, the process doesn't really encourage one to perform many many strap changes which in a way is quite nice. I think once I found that strap for the watch I could call it a day and not push the madness any further. Good luck!

Update: received my 7097
I now have a new (to me) 7097. What a beautiful watch! I definitely need to change the strap though. Far too formal for my tastes. I’ve ordered a few nubuck and suede straps, and have a custom leather one I was going to put it on in the meantime. Now here...
