I did try that, however couldn't find serious results. The variations are hugh - between 6000 and 16000 US$...

these prices probably correspond to watches with refinished dials and to examples with original swiss dials (maybe even honeycomb dials). Yours is somewhere in between. When you buy a certain kind of vintage Rolex watches, you basically buy a dial ! Cheer...

after seeing the watch now on photo only thing that different in my reaction is the fact that you have an interesting hours hand. It's longer then usual and whe see those on early '54's 6200, 6536 and 6350 ....I could need a pair of those hands, let me kn...
