TEASER

 By: MTR : April 28th, 2024-10:32
Last Thursday I was able to get my brand new but nevertheless defective Rolex GMT II back from my beloved AD (it had a problem just three months after I bought it, but that's another story in another forum)). The problem was solved perfectly and extremely...

Ok… ☺️: PF is definitely not it!

 By: MTR : April 28th, 2024-12:12
I like and appreciate PF very much. This brand is high on my wish list and I will definitely buy one at some point. PF is perhaps a little more off the beaten track (if you look at the usual suspects), but still not far enough off the beaten track. 😁

Come on, how long we have to wait?

I’m chewing my nails from excitement )) Congratulations in advance, on both counts, the repair and the new addition!🥂

LOLLLL

Neither will I. :))))

One further hint.

 By: MTR : April 28th, 2024-12:16
It has a mechanism where rotational motion (and torque) is translated into linear motion. I absolutely love this translation in kinematics which is prominently shown on the display.

Thomas, based on your description, I think you must have purchased a…

I look forward to the big reveal.

Sorry that I

I keep you in suspense this way but I had no chance to make some good photos yet. I am currently only using excerpts from press photos. As far as I know the watches are produced in Schaffhausen in the meantime. The brand was founded in Neuchâtel. In total...

I forgive you 😀

 By: GWIS : April 28th, 2024-19:23
The pictures so far look very interesting.

Yes, dear Nico.

 By: MTR : April 28th, 2024-18:58
There is a rotor at the backside. And at 6 there’s a Tourbillon which you also can see on the front side. I know you are not a big fan of showing a Tourbillon on the frontside and making a hole in the dial. But here it’s perfect (at least for me). ☺️ ...

If Schaffhausen

then it must be a Moser!

No ☺️

 By: MTR : April 28th, 2024-23:19
But it belongs to Moser respectively Meylan.

I never thought I would fall in love with this brand!

 By: MTR : April 29th, 2024-07:20
But it was love at first sight. Visually exciting, technically exciting. Beautifully made. Not a watch you see every day, but still suitable for everyday use and wearable every day (PR 72h, WR 10ATM). Yes, the watch is black, but it has so many facets of ...

Thanks a lot, mon ami ☺️🙏

MELB Holding (also the owner of H. Moser & Cie.) decided to relaunch the brand with a new collection in 2022. The most striking watch in 2022 was the Linear Series 1. In 2023 @ W&W they presented - amongst other releases - the Linear Series 2 (this is my ...

Dear Mike, by adding a start photo to this thread afterwards,

 By: MTR : May 2nd, 2024-23:19
you have "killed" my beautifully constructed puzzle. 🙄 When I get around to it, I'll make a separate post with lots of photos and first impressions of wearing. ☺️ What I can already say is that this watch has not left my wrist since the acquisition 🙏 All ...

Hautlence tourbillon! I did post it before seeing the reveal 😅

 By: christianch : May 4th, 2024-09:55
I saw the blue at Bucherer and was also a bit of a love at first sight 😍but I didn't go for it..no regrets as I had just bought the Carl F. Bucherer tourbillon a few months before so two was a bit excessive for me! Enjoy the great watch, really unique! ...

Hahahaha - “a bit excessive” is my permanent feeling when it comes to watches…

 By: MTR : May 5th, 2024-04:09
You mean this one? This was the Linear Series 1 from 2022. Kind regards from Vienna Thomas ...
