The Basculante is to Cartier what the Reverso is to Jaeger Lecoultre.
This rare numbered edition comes with a display back showing when flipped the highly decorated, very fine mechanical movement, a Frederique Piguet Cal 6.10 manual wind movement, 21,600 beats per hour with 21 jewels.
